Steyning is the second safest town in Horsham District, despite having one of the largest schools in Sussex, which is due in part to the excellent work put in by our Neighbourhood Wardens and PCSO, who supplement normal policing in Steyning, Upper Beeding and Bramber. All three work very closely with the community as a whole, particularly the children, elderly and vulnerable.
It is important that the community involves itself in the security of the town to ensure that Steyning remains a safe place to live and do business and you can do this by reporting any acts of crime or anti-social behaviour by calling the wardens directly or, leave a message on the office phone:
